A Private USVI boat day is really about customizing your vibe: relax & sipping drinks, or adventure snorkel, exploring multiple islands or a combination of everything!
Boat days are also about exploring places & other islands that are accessible by land-based tours.
Every Private Charter is a different experience, and no two days are exactly alike. To personalize your boat day, Stormy Pirate’s Captains will create a customized day based on the weather, currents and tide conditions. Your Captain will also talk to you about where you’d like to enjoy lunch, what you are hoping to see, and they will also get an idea of your comfort level in the water and your snorkeling ability.
- Half Day (4 hour) Charter you will get only get 1-2 stops
- 6 hours Charter will have time for 2-3 stops
- 8 hour Charters will have time for 3-4 stops

Sample (8 hours) Itinerary from St. Thomas on the Sailing Catamaran:
10am – Check into our Boat Day Boatique, meet your Crew and board the vessel.
10am – 11:15am – Sail along the beautiful Northern Shore of St. John past Caneel Bay, Trunk Bay & Cinnamon Bay.
11:15am – 12:15pm – Grab a mooring Ball in Maho Bay and snorkel and swim with Sea Turtles.
12:30pm – 1:30pm Lunch at Lovango Beach Club – Or Lunch at Pizza Pi (Christmas Cove)
1:30pm – 2:30pm – after Lunch Snorkel (Lovango or Christmas Cove)
3:00pm – 5:00pm – Relaxing Beach time / Snorkel at Scott Beach and/or Mermaid’s Chair, St. John
5:00pm – 6:00pm – Afternoon Sail back to the dock.
6:00pm – Arrive back to the dock in Red Hook.

9am – 9:45 – Cruise through the Pillsbury Sound and stop for a snorkel at Lovango Cay.
9:45 – 10:45 – Snorkel Lovango Cay.
10:45 – 11:30am – Cruise along the Northern and Eastern Shore or St. John to Coral Bay.
11:30am – 1:00pm – Stop for and swim into Lime Out (taco boat) to enjoy lunch.
1:00pm – 1:30pm – Cruise around Rams Head.
1:30pm – 2:30pm – Grab mooring at Salt Pond or Lameshure Bay to afternoon Beach, Hike or Snorkel.
2:30pm – 3:00pm – Cruise along the Southern Coast of St. John and through the St. James Cut.
3:15pm – 4:30pm – Grab a snack and drinks from Pizza Pi while snorkeling Christmas Cove.
4:30pm – 5:00pm – Cruise back to the dock.
5:00pm – arrive back to the dock in Red Hook.
